When Omar and Brandon of North Carolina chose to jump the broom they decided on Omar’s home state of California for their destination wedding and they chose The Reef on The Water Restaurant as their venue . The ceremony, which took place against the stunning view of the Long Beach Harbor and city skyline, was officiated by Rev. Connie Jones-Steward .
