A vow renewal is wonderful and romantic way to mark a milestone anniversary such as the 10th, 25th or 50th. It can also be a time for spouses to recommit to one another after a period of separation or marital disharmony.
Your vow renewal can be similar to your wedding ceremony or something completely new and different. You can involve your kids and some of the newer trends that weren’t available when you first said I do.
For instance, your kids are probably teens by now. You can enlist them as the maid of honor and best man.
You can also take advantage of some of the newer technologies and hashtag, tweet or broadcast your vow renewal to distant relatives via Instagram, Twitter and Facebook live or similar services as it happens.*
